The cost of the home - a whopping $7.9 million. It will be interesting to see if the sellers get their asking price. The home last sold for $1,815,000 in 1994.
The Fairbanks beach pad was located in an affluent community which included many other film industry notables, including Irving Thalberg and his wife Norma Shearer and silent film comedian, Harold Lloyd.
