The last I heard regarding the CBS building is that it was being leased by a company called Neuehouse and they were going to renovate the space into a private exclusive club - set to open sometime in 2015. Sounds like there will be post-production, recording studio space, and other office space available to members.Robby Cresshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535820211830339224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943857813487857438.post-91545101864340634052014-11-06T10:24:20.179-08:002014-11-06T10:24:20.179-08:00Wonderful post Rob! I see an "available" sign in your photo.Raquel Stecherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02687110907002450794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943857813487857438.post-23260161783870420822014-11-05T09:13:08.951-08:002014-11-05T09:13:08.951-08:00Hi Victoria,

ClassicFlix has many exclusives, like the Warner Archive, Fox Cinema Archives, and TCM special releases for rent. It's helpful when I want to find a title with a specific actor/actress I want to see, but don't necessarily need to own. Right now they are DVD by mail service only, but I believe they are working on creating a streaming service as well. I'm curious to see how that will look and work.Robby Cresshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535820211830339224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943857813487857438.post-78863853877569158492014-11-05T04:07:21.076-08:002014-11-05T04:07:21.076-08:00I found this DVD on clearance for $2.50 at Big Lot...I found this DVD on clearance for $2.50 at Big Lots a couple of years ago so I grabbed it and I loved it! We rarely watch our DVD's anymore but this has inspired me to do a re-watch of it.

How do you like ClassicFlix? Is it worth the money in your opinion? We have a Roku which has a classic movie channel called PubDHub, only $2.95 for the entire year so I've been watching a lot on there.
